Biographie

Audrey Thomas joined August Debouzy in 2021 as a senior associate within the Corporate team, after more than five years of experience at leading French law firms.

Her practice focuses on merger-acquisition transactions, capital investments, and group restructuring transactions, in France and internationally. Audrey assists in particular major corporate and institutional players in carrying out strategic and often complex transactions, which may include sensitive or distressed M&A contexts.

She also advises our clients on private equity transactions working alongside investment funds, growth-stage companies or managers, and does so across a wide range of industrial and service sectors.
