Biography

Audrey Thomas joined August Debouzy in 2021 as a Senior associate in the Corporate team, after more than five years of experience at leading French law firms.

Her expertise focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and group restructuring transactions, in France and internationally. Audrey notably assists major corporate and institutional players in carrying out complex transactions, including, where applicable, sensitive or distressed M&A contexts.

She also advises our clients on private equity transactions working alongside investment funds, growth companies or managers, and does so across a wide range of industrial and service sectors.
