We secure negotiations by addressing liability, warranties, technological dependencies, and performance commitments, structure rights over generated outputs, and conduct legal and technical due diligence using an integrated approach.

In response to the rapid expansion of European regulation, including the AI Act, Data Act, and Digital Services Act, and the emergence of hybrid global frameworks, we design tailored compliance strategies. We train executive, legal, product, and IT teams on AI risk management, support regulatory inspections, and adapt internal processes. Our approach emphasizes anticipation, identifying vulnerabilities early to turn compliance into a tool for strategic risk mitigation rather than a constraint.

The growing use of AI is generating new forms of disputes, including liability for system failures, unlawful data use, copyright infringement by generative systems, AI-assisted anticompetitive practices, and bias in automated decision-making. We represent clients in all types of proceedings, including civil and commercial litigation, class actions, arbitration, regulatory investigations, and intellectual property disputes.
