Charlotte Chen

Biography

As a member of our Technology - Intellectual Property - Media team, Charlotte Chen regularly advises companies on the development and/or implementation of their innovative projects across various sectors (including banking, financial investments, real estate, energy, luxury goods and distribution).

She also assists and represents companies in IT and IP-related litigation (such as disputes over IT project failures and copyright infringement). 

Charlotte is also active in art market law, providing advice on a wide range of matters, including negotiations related to the acquisition of artworks by the French State, as well as handling litigation cases such as the seizure of alleged forgeries and disputes involving key art market stakeholders.

After graduating in IT law and in art market from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Charlotte joined August Debouzy in 2019, the year she was admitted to the Paris Bar.
