Biography

Ariane Seyed-Movaghar joined August Debouzy in 2021. She mainly provides advisory support to French and international clients.

She specializes in matters related to personal data protection and new technologies. She assists our clients in managing and optimizing their information assets, offering a comprehensive and pragmatic approach tailored to the operational and strategic challenges faced by companies.

Through her professional experience within the legal departments of major French companies, such as Chanel, Leclerc or the GIE AXA, where she worked alongside the DPO for a year, Ariane has gained a solid understanding of operational realities. 

Such expertise enables her to provide tailored legal solutions, precisely adapted to the specific requirements of each sector and project.

During her training, Ariane further honed her legal skills within the new technologies law teams of renowned firms such as August Debouzy, Gide, Osborne Clarke and De Baecque Bellec. These diverse experiences have equipped her with in-depth knowledge of legal and technological issues, as well as the ability to anticipate the rapid evolution of these fields.
