Biography

Valéry Denoix de Saint Marc is a member of the Paris and Berlin Bars and has been a partner at August Debouzy since 1998.

Valéry advises French and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and mining projects, joint ventures, and on arbitration in these areas.

Valéry is one of the firm’s main spokespersons in dealings with partner firms abroad. He coordinates the firm’s German Desk.
