Biography

Virginie Desbois joined August Debouzy’s Corporate team in 2017, after 13 years within the Corporate department of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She also went on secondment with Danone’s M&A department for 9 months.

She advises French and foreign clients on their investments, restructurings and corporate governance, covering all aspects of private M&A, corporate law, reorganizations and corporate governance.

Virginie is also in charge of Knowledge Management in the Corporate team.
