Biography

Pierre-Olivier Ally joined August Debouzy in 2021. He focuses on intellectual property law, particularly in national and international patent litigation.

He brings extensive experience in drafting and negotiating patent and know-how licenses and software agreements and addressing open source issues. Additionally, Pierre-Olivier assists our clients with the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financing, IPOs, joint ventures and public and/or private R&D contracts.

Before joining August Debouzy, he spent most of his career at leading international law firms in Paris and later served as the Chief IP Counsel for a European tech unicorn in Amsterdam.
