Pierre Descheemaeker

Biography

Pierre Descheemaeker began his career as a French Conseil juridique admitted to practice in France, before being admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984. He works in the firm’s Corporate group, advising French and international companies on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate transactions. 

Pierre Descheemaeker has extensive experience assisting Aerospace groups in their operations, including regulatory aspects, FDI, procurement contracts, industrial joint ventures and acquisitions. He also has solid expertise in real estate, banking and finance and energy projects (oil and gas exploration and production) and mining operations.
