Biography
Pauline Desplas joined August Debouzy in January 2025. She provides advice to both borrowers and lenders in connection with LBO financing, corporate financing and refinancing transactions.
Pauline was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019. Prior to joining our firm, she gained experience at prominent international and French law firms based in Paris.
Graduated from the Paris Nanterre and Paris Dauphine Universities, she has extensive expertise in business law and corporate finance.
