Martin Brion

Biography

Martin joined August Debouzy’s Patents team in 2012. He acts for French and foreign clients in connection with their patent-related issues within the group led by Grégoire Desrousseaux and François Pochart.

Martin has advised on several patent infringement actions in France in various technical fields.

He regularly advises our clients on issues relating to the remuneration of employee-inventors, both in terms of advice on implementing remuneration policies and in litigation before the French CNIS.

Martin holds a civil engineering degree from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), a post-graduate degree in business law and a ‘Patents’ diploma from CEIPI. He worked as an associate in various fields before joining August Debouzy.
