Julien Aucomte

Biography

Julien Aucomte has been a partner in August Debouzy’s Corporate team since 2012. He mainly deals with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity.

 Julien has also been involved in multiple corporate restructuring cases. His international approach to the practice of law has led him to take part in numerous cross-border transactions. He assists French and foreign investors in a wide range of business areas, including telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, and aerospace.

Julien also regularly provides training on legal aspects of transactional operations for corporate legal departments and private equity investment teams.

He is individually recognized by leading legal guides in their French M&A rankings (based on the opinions of clients, market observers and peers).
