Biography
Jérôme Brosset is a recognized expert in securities law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and listed company matters. He offers comprehensive support in both advisory and litigation matters.
He assists French and international companies, investment funds, and financial institutions in connection with M&A transactions involving both listed and unlisted companies.
Jérôme is particularly acclaimed for his ability to navigate complex matters involving both friendly and hostile takeover bids, as well as for representing clients in high-stakes disputes before the AMF, the French financial markets authority.
Jérôme began his career at Clifford Chance and at Veil Armfelt Jourde la Garanderie. In 2001, he joined Brandford Griffith & Associés, where he was promoted to partner in 2004. He joined August Debouzy in 2016 as a partner.
