Biography

Ghislaine Zaïdi joined August Debouzy in 2013. She has developed strong litigation expertise since her admission to the Paris Bar in 2013.

She regularly represents our clients before labor and judicial courts in high-stakes disputes, particularly in matters involving the reclassification of fixed-term or temporary employment contracts, undeclared work, discrimination, and equal treatment.

Her practice notably covers technical litigation relating to occupational health and professional risks, including the recognition of workplace accidents and occupational diseases, as well as claims based on employer’s gross negligence. Ghislaine also advises our clients on the management of psychosocial risks and the conduct of internal investigations.
