Biography
David Neuwirth is a member of both the Paris and Frankfurt Bars. He began his career in the Legal Department of Siemens S.A.S before joining August Debouzy in 2018 as an associate in the Corporate team.
As part of a secondment, he was involved in a Franco-German business combination of two major players in the rail industry.
David advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as on day-to-day corporate law matters. He is also a member of the firm’s German Desk.
