Coralie Foucault

Biography

Coralie Foucault joined August Debouzy in 2017.

She advises French and international groups, startups, investment funds and corporate executives on their strategic and transformational transactions.

She primarily handles mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and business combinations, both in France and internationally.

Coralie assists her clients at every stage of their transactions, including legal structuring, due diligence, negotiation and drafting of contractual documentation, coordination with other advisors, as well as post-acquisition integration and implementation of reorganizations.

She also regularly works on corporate law matters, particularly in relation to governance, capital transactions, shareholder relations, and the management of complex or sensitive situations.
