Biography
As a member of our Public - Regulatory - Environment practice, Charles Maurel provides advisory and litigation support to French and international clients in various areas related to public law and environmental law, such as construction and infrastructure, energy, healthcare and defense. He was admitted to the Paris Bar and then joined August Debouzy in 2020, after completing several internships with a law firm specializing in public business law and with the French Conseil Constitutionnel.
Charles graduated from the French business school HEC Paris and also holds a Master’s degree in Public and Regulatory Disputes from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has great expertise in the many subjects related to public law.
