Biography
As a member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Catherine Mintégui advises a client base consisting mainly of international funds, real estate companies and asset managers on their investments.
Catherine has gained significant experience in all areas of the real estate industry, particularly in private equity (joint ventures/shareholders’ agreements), corporate (asset deals/share deals for various asset types) and real estate project financing and refinancing.
Catherine began her career with leading Anglo-Saxon business law firms before joining August Debouzy in 2023.
With nearly a decade of experience dedicated exclusively to real estate investment, she brings deep expertise in the field, offering strategic guidance on restructuring rental schemes across a range of complex real estate projects.
