Catherine Le Manchec

Biography

Catherine Le Manchec is a Partner at August Debouzy, where she advises on all aspects of labor and employment law. She joined the firm in 2002 as an Associate, after gaining experience at the law firms Joël Muguet Poulennec and Jacques Barthélémy & Associés.

She has extensive expertise in managing sensitive projects, particularly in implementing social strategies for restructuring transactions, site closures, asset transfers, and the transfer of public contracts. 

Catherine is also actively involved in insolvency proceedings, assisting major groups in winding down certain business operations and managing relationships with financially distressed subcontractors. 

Catherine assists major French and international industrial and banking groups, as well as companies in the printing and research industries.
