Biography
Benjamin Sabbagh Zadeh joined August Debouzy in 2023. His practice mainly focuses on international commercial arbitration and business litigation.
He advises and represents companies across a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing industry, telecommunications, information technology, aerospace, oil and gas, energy, and banking. He also regularly represents our clients in post-acquisition matters and shareholders disputes.
Benjamin has significant experience in international arbitration proceedings before the ICC, the Swiss Chambers (Swiss Arbitration Chamber, TAS), OHADA and the PCA, as well as in para-arbitration proceedings such as annulment, enforcement and recognition of arbitral awards before national courts.
He started his career in 2019 at a U.S. law firm before joining August Debouzy.
Graduated from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and UCLA, Benjamin has developed broad experience in post-acquisition disputes and shareholders’ litigation.
