Aurélien Micheli

Biography

Aurélien Micheli has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016. He assists French and foreign clients with commercial, distribution, competition, and consumer law issues.

Aurélien particularly assists our clients with issues relating to commercial contracts (drafting, negotiation and non-performance), the implementation of distribution networks, and ensuring compliance with commercial, distribution and consumer law regulations.

Aurélien also assists our clients in connection with disputes before French commercial courts and with investigations conducted by French authorities (DGCCRF, DDPP, etc.).

Before joining the firm, he worked for over three years as an associate at a French business law firm.
