Anaïs Qureshi joined August Debouzy in 2007 after eight years as an associate in the labor law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

She provides both advisory and litigation support to our clients on employment and labor law aspects. Her expertise covers employment issues arising from corporate restructurings – such as employment protection plans, including those implemented in judicial reorganization or liquidation proceedings, transfers of employment contracts and adaptation of collective statuses – as well as related litigation. She also handles matters involving collective labor relations, including the management of staff representative bodies, collective negotiations.
