Amélie Tripet

Practice Areas

Biography

Amélie Tripet joined August Debouzy in 2018. She began her career at a law firm specializing in copyright matters, before joining Ader Jolibois in 2002, where she was a partner from 2012 to 2018.

She represents French and foreign clients before criminal, civil, and commercial courts. Her practice mainly focuses on media and communication law, copyright and advertising law, and art market issues. She also advises and drafts contracts for media and cultural companies, as well as for clients in other sectors such as transport, entertainment and public authorities.

Amélie has particular expertise in press, defamation and publishing, providing both advisory and litigation services to corporate and individual clients.

Her in-depth understanding of copyrights cross interactions and judicial practices enables her to provide swift assessments of potential actions, anticipate evidentiary challenges, and develop tailored communication strategies for her clients.

I particularly appreciate Amélie Tripet for the relevance of her advice, both from a technical point of view and from a pragmatic point of view. - Legal 500
