Biography

Charles Hugo advises French and foreign clients on litigation and civil procedure, particularly in insurance and commercial law. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including industrial risks, serial claims and personal injury. In 2015, he joined the Insurance team in August Debouzy's Litigation department, before taking part in the creation, in January 2020, of the niche firm Tamaris Avocats headed by Alexandra Cohen-Jonathan.

Charles is a trained mediator with the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) and a member of AIDA, AMRAE and the Association Droit & Procédure.
