Marie Huard

Biography

Marie Huard joined August Debouzy in 2017. She advises French and international companies on all aspects of Employment & Social Security Law.

Marie has developed recognized expertise in high-stake individual and collective disputes, representing our clients before all civil, administrative, and criminal courts, at first instance and on appeal. She also assists them in their dealings with various administrative authorities (Labour Inspectorate, Defender of Rights, and the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL)).

Marie advises clients particularly on matters of occupational health and safety, and in proceedings relating to the recognition of occupational diseases, workplace accidents or employers’ gross negligence (faute inexcusable). She also assists clients with matters involving discrimination and allegations of moral harassment.
