Fabienne Haas

Biography

Fabienne Haas joined August Debouzy as a Partner in the Labor & Employment Law department in 1998.

She advises multinational employers on international employment law matters, with a focus on complex transactional issues and senior employee retention and termination arrangements. Her practice covers both advisory and contentious matters.

She assists clients with the HR aspects of M&A and outsourcing transactions, represents major employers in dismissal, harassment, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases, and advises corporate clients on the full range of their day-to-day employment issues. 

As co-head of our International Relations team, Fabienne manages the relationship with our top-tier global network of foreign law firms.
