Agathe de Marcillac

Biography

Agathe de Marcillac advises and represents French and foreign clients in litigation and pre-litigation disputes before criminal and administrative courts at all stages of the proceedings (breach of probity, criminal tax law, criminal employment law, criminal securities law and criminal customs law). She also advises our clients on internal investigations.

After graduating from Sciences Po Paris (International Business Law) in 2018 and from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution) in 2019, Agathe joined August Debouzy in 2020, the same year she was admitted to the Paris Bar.
