Roxane Blanc-Dubois

Biography

Roxane Blanc-Dubois joined August Debouzy in 2020 after working in the Paris offices of two renowned international law firms.

She has developed a solid expertise in data protection, advising our clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Her practice also covers Commercial and Contractual Law. She thus brings a holistic approach to her client's projects. 

Roxane assists French and international clients with data protection aspects of their projects and provides strategic advice on innovative or sensitive issues (artificial intelligence, biometrics, personal data transfers, etc.).

She has also developed specific expertise in the healthcare sector and regularly advises clients in this field on issues relating to health data and other healthcare regulatory matters. She also assists our clients in drafting and negotiating contracts and is considered a valuable ally in this regard.

Roxane has in-house experience, having been seconded for several months to an American group where she handled the daily legal needs of its French subsidiaries. She has also served on an interim basis as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for major groups.

With strong pedagogical skills, she regularly provides training sessions and courses on personal data issues to both legal and non-legal audiences.
