Biography
Geoffroy Thill joined August Debouzy in 2017.
He advises French and international clients on their industrial property strategy, in particular for patent litigation before the French courts or the Unified Patent Court.
As a European Patent Attorney since 2016 and French Patent Attorney since 2018, Geoffroy also assists our clients with patent right acquisition, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) or the French Patent Office (INPI).
He also advises our clients on a regular basis on industrial property audits as part of merger-acquisition or financing transactions.
Graduated from the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Étienne and holder of a Master’s degree in Law, Geoffroy has a dual scientific and legal background.
