- Paris Central Division – *Dexcom v. Abbott*, as Applicant in an infringement action and a counterclaim for revocation (UPC_CFI_425/2023, settled before the decision);
- Paris Central Division – *Sibio v. Abbott* as Defendant (patentee) in revocation action (UPC_CFI_231/2024, 21 July 2025)
- The Hague Local Division – *Abbott v. Sinocare and Menarini* as Applicant in preliminary measures proceedings based on two Abbott’s patents (UPC_CFI_624/2025, 17 October 2025 and UPC_CFI_587/2025, 22 October 2025).
