The company employs 900 people across 7 production sites in France and Italy and generated revenue of €319.6 million in 2023. This deal, which is part of Trigano’s growth strategy in the leisure vehicles and equipment market, presents significant synergies. It will enable Trigano to strengthen its leadership in the European leisure vehicle industry.
