This transaction, enabling Meridiam to take control of Evergaz, was conducted alongside Swen Capital Partners, which retains a minority stake, and Eiffel Investment Group and Bpifrance, which acquire a stake in the company. This investment will enable Evergaz to strengthen its position in the energy transition market in France and Europe by accelerating the development of biomethane projects and consolidating its portfolio of existing anaerobic digestion units.
