This fundraising will allow Aventa to pursue its development as it aims to establish itself as a major player in the MRE sector by contributing to its structure and federating the key skills of the Blue Economy ecosystem. **August Debouzy** advised Aventa with Julien Wagmann (partner), and Coralie Foucault (senior associate), from the corporate department.
