Argos Wityu signed an exclusive agreement with TKH Group, a technology company listed on Euronext Amsterdam in the Netherlands, to acquire the majority of the share capital of TKH France and its subsidiaries CAE Data and ID Câbles.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2023, and is subject to the customary employee information and consultation procedures in France, as well as antitrust approvals.

TKH France specializes in the design and distribution of cabling and connectivity solutions addressing notably the smart building (tertiary & residential), industrial, marine & offshore, nuclear & infrastructure, healthcare and entertainment markets. With a turnover of €129.3 million in 2022 and 186 FTE, TKH France is a leading provider of cabling and connectivity solutions in France.

**August Debouzy** acted as for Argos Wityu as buyer’s legal advisor. The August Debouzy team was composed of Julien Aucomte (partner), Maxime Legourd (senior associate) and Sophie Faulcon (associate) on the legal side, Laure Bonin (partner) and Emmanuel Le Galloc’h (senior associate) on the financing side, and Renaud Christol (partner) and Marc-Antoine Picquier (associate) on the antitrust side.

TKH Group was advised by Franklin law firm, with a team composed of Yam Atallah, Antoine Fouassier and Jacques Mestoudjian on the legal and tax side, and by Lincoln International with Dominique Lecendreux, Philippe Rapin, Edouard Verroust and Vincent Lefort on the financial side.
