Actively engaged in these areas for many years, our firm was one of the first French business law firms to develop structured, multidisciplinary expertise in crypto-assets and blockchain as early as 2018. Today, it supports a broad range of stakeholders -financial institutions, institutional investors, pure players, and innovative companies – at every stage of their crypto-asset and blockchain projects.

Our offering brings together a multidisciplinary team with expertise across the full legal and regulatory spectrum: regulatory approvals and governance (MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, PSP, EME, etc.), AML/CFT compliance and KYC/KYT frameworks, regulatory investigations and litigation (AMF, ACPR), corporate and transactional matters (security token offerings, token fundraising, M&A, structuring of Bitcoin Treasury Companies), stablecoin issuance (EMT/ART) and financial instrument tokenization, taxation of digital assets, intellectual property and protection of technological innovations, operational resilience and cybersecurity (DORA, NIS2, CRA), DeFi protocol structuring, as well as dispute resolution and crisis management (fraud, cyberattacks, on-chain tracing, cross-border seizures).
