She is driven by a core conviction: turning regulatory requirements into a genuine competitive advantage. With 30 years of experience, Mahasti Razavi advises organizations on their transformation and governance strategies in a rapidly evolving technological and regulatory environment. Her cross-disciplinary approach, combined with her international background, shaped notably by her experience and years spent in the United States, is enriched by her Franco-American legal education and her admission to the New York Bar.
