He advises French and international clients facing complex situations, whether financial difficulties, including with creditors, notably banks, shareholder disputes, or contractual disputes with co-contractors that could destabilize or weaken the company. He is particularly active in financial debt restructuring and renegotiation, as well as in negotiations and disputes with financially distressed co-contractors, with the aim of protecting his clients’ strategic interests.
