Elle accompagne des acteurs majeurs de la tech, de la finance, du luxe, du retail et des télécoms dans leurs projets numériques et leur mise en conformité aux principaux textes européens (IA Act, DORA, Data Act, DMA, DSA, NIS 2), avec une conviction : transformer la réglementation en levier de compétitivité. Forte de trente années de pratique, Mahasti Razavi conseille les organisations sur leurs stratégies de transformation et de gouvernance dans un environnement technologique et réglementaire en mutation rapide. Son approche transversale des sujets, alliée à une culture internationale acquise notamment aux États-Unis, se nourrit d’une double formation juridique franco-américaine et de son inscription au barreau de New York. Ancienne enseignante à Sciences Po et à l’École de Formation du Barreau de Paris, elle intervient aujourd’hui dans de nombreuses conférences sur l’intelligence artificielle, le règlement DORA, la contractualisation des grands projets digitaux, la gestion du risque contentieux et les nouvelles pratiques juridiques induites par l’IA.
